When you are done with the mattress do not fold and put back in box, this is our job to clean and properly place back in box. If you need more room simply deflate the mattress in place it back in either closet.

– Smoking of any substance is Strictly Prohibited inside the property. Smoke smells or other evidence will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. Please properly discard ashes, roaches and or cigarette butts.

-Longterm guest are subject to random cleaning mostly likely on Monday or Tuesday
